Coach Jimmy Minardi has designed 14 agility, minardimetric,  high blood volume intervals, cross training courses through which he leads his dedicated athletes. Expect to be pushed to the limit for 60-75 minutes, to benefit from the ‘team spirit’ and support your class members will give you and to exceed your personal best!
