A former professional cyclist, no one on the East End or possibly the tri-state-region can offer the expertise and insights into cycling that coach Jimmy Minardi can. This very elite training program starts with proper bike fitness, road safety, pace line intervals, and both in and out of the saddle cycling techniques. Minardi Cycling is an integral part of the Minardi Training System. Minardi Cycling holds a training camp every June in the Colorado Rocky Mountains with supplemental training camps in Napa Valley and Tuscany, Italy.
The 10 principles of Minardi training are implemented throughout the Minardi Training Periodization program. Cycling classes last between 1-2 hours depending on time of year and needs of individual athletes.
