 Minardi Vinyasa Weight Training
All muscles pull but, for the sake of simplicity, we embrace the push and pull philosophy. After a long cardiovascular warm up, (achieving the athlete’s maximum training heart rate), we attack the training floor with basic pull-ups and pressing actions with minimal recovery to keep the heart rate in the top end of the fat burning zone. The human body has approximately 616 muscles and I try to make sure we get acquainted with all of them. This very special one-on-one training incorporates basic climbing skills, rowing, and special intervals for the posture on the UBE (upper body exerciser).
