Minardi Beach Workout

The beauty of the beach; outside, in all weather, the beauty of barefeet, and, the freshest air you can possibly breathe. The sand; low to zero compression on tendons and cartilage. Every movement is different than the last one. Science and internet opinions aside, I know from experience that training in bare feet allows for a better connection to the earth and, my posture. Moreover, it enhances awareness of one’s stride and keeps the shoulders back and down. The fellowship that Minardi athletes share often exceeds the physical benefits. With heart rate monitors strapped on, Minardi athletes tackle any one of 14 different agility, high blood volume, training courses that I have designed.
