Minardimetrics™ is another creation of mine that I love sharing with my athletes. Minardimetrics can be used in a small group or one on one. This is a high velocity, high blood volume, minimal recovery workout that centers around the concept of Minardi maximum heart rate intervals using the jump rope. Also, switching repeatedly between medicine ball & ball, jumping jacks, pressing movements and climbing drills will irrigate all 616 muscles in the body. This weight bearing, high blood volume, indoor workout optimizes cardiovascular power, neuromuscular coordination, timing, agility, bone density and mental transitional skills. Moreover, this work helps promote a nice youthful posture: shoulders back and down!Â
