Each class incorporates basic sun salutations and weight-bearing asanas. Each class encourages the student to connect with the breath. Each class builds the integrity of each posture, protecting students from injury and reinforcing core strength. Classes last 90 minutes and modifications are offered so that yogis at different levels can all participate and enjoy the ‘sangha’ we create.
